In this day and age buying and selling real estate is a very complex process. However, Real Estate is my business and I go about it in a businesslike way. I will save you time, reduce your stress, make the process more convenient, handle all of the details, and act as your source of knowledge from start to finish.


PRICING. I have access to accurate, comprehensive data on recent market activity as well as up-to-date information on the price, financing, terms and conditions of competing properties. Using this information  I will prepare a comparative market analysis on your home to ensure the home is priced properly and sold at the best price in a timely manner with minimum hassle. I can also recommend which repairs or cosmetic work will be the most effective for adding value to your home

KNOWLEDGE AND TIME. A real estate transaction is a complicated process that involves many steps and can take many months from start to finish. There is a lot of coordination between all parties involved including contractors, inspectors, title companies and more. I will ensure that every aspect of your sale is well organized and in line with the terms of the contract. I have the experience, education, and commitment to help sellers reach their goals with the minimum effort on their part.

MARKETING. I provide access to the widest audience of buyers to sell your home.  I will act as the marketing coordinator, distributing information about your property through the Multiple Listing Service, open houses, web sites, print media and my extensive network therefore giving you the exposure needed in order to sell your home.

DISCLOSURES AND LIMITING YOUR ABILITY. I receive ongoing education on state and federal law regulations related to property rights, fair housing issues, and contract and environment laws. I am familiar with the disclosures that must be made to buyers when selling a home.

NEGOTIATIONS.  I will help you objectively evaluate each buyer’s proposal.  This initial agreement is only the beginning of a process of buyer contingencies, appraisals, inspections and financing — a lot of possible pitfalls.  I help you write a legally binding, win-win agreement that will be more likely to make it through the process.

MONITORING, RENEGOTIATING & CLOSING. Between the initial sales agreement and the closing (or settlement), questions may arise. For example, there are unexpected repairs that require the buyer to obtain financing, or a cloud in the title is discovered. The required paperwork alone is overwhelming for most sellers. I am the best person to objectively help you resolve these issues and move the transaction to closing.

SECURITY ISSUES. It’s my job to screen buyers to deliver only qualified individuals to view your home. Through the computerized lockbox system I can track all showings and monitor when and by whom your home has been viewed, giving us the ability to protect your privacy.
